Trial Balance
A trial balance is simply a listing of the ledger accounts along with their respective debit or credit balances. And the report will show beginning balance and ending balance. The total of debits & credits should be identical.
Go to Navigator, Accounting ⇒ Report ⇒ Trial Balance
Select date and office. Click “Print”.
Here comes the Trial Balance. You will see each G/L code’s debits and credits in the period. Beginning Balance & Ending Balance will be calculated. Click into the hyperlink to see more details.
