8. Port Management

If you’re not able to find specific port in the system, you can manage it by Port Management

 

Currently, our system follows the United Nation's Code for Trade and Transport Locations  (UN/LOCODE) - https://unece.org/cefact/unlocode-code-list-country-and-territory

 

 

Example: For Port-of-Venice, you can see on  (IT)  ITALY page (https://unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/cefact/locode/it.htm)  

Please input Venezia or ITVCE so you are able to select it from the POD section.

 

  1. If you'd like to rearrange the display name, you can go to "Setting>Port Management'.

 

  1. You can filter the information you need to find the port name.

 

  1. Select the Office you’d like to make the change. Double click on the port to edit the display name. 

 

  1. You can click the first checkbox to decide whether the port can be selected in the system.

 

  1. Those port names that have been set up as PORT(marked as red) , can be selected in the POL and POD field.
