2. IT No. Management

If you have your own IT No, we offer a function for you to manage the number and you’re able to auto generate it by the system. Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to “Setting” > “IT No. Management” (Authorized user)

  2. Click the green "+" button to enter your “Begin” and “End” numbers.

  3. Remember to save.


  1. Go into an air import shipment

  2. Find the IT No. column on the HBL section

  3. Click the icon next to the column to auto generate the number.

 

Once you start using the IT No. based on the number you maintain in the IT No. Management, the original column will be grayed out to remind you that the serial number you got has been activated and is unable to be edited anymore.
