How to use AWB no. management?
Once you got the AWB No. from the Airlines, let's say we got No.7777100-7777200 from Saudi Arabian Airlines, go to “Setting” and choose “AWB No. Management”, fill out all the needed info and click "save".
When you are going to create an air export shipment and use the AWB No. from Saudi Arabian Airlines:
Find "SAUDI ARABIAN AIRLINES" in the Carrier field, the prefix referring to the airline will be generated automatically in the MAWB No. Click the blue button "System Generate".
Before GoFreight generates the MAWB No. based on the number you maintain in the AWB No. Management,
there’ll be a pop-up message telling you the current status of the existing number, click "OK" to continue, it will also remind you that the new-generated AWB No. will be assigned and it is non-reversible, click "OK" again.
GoFreight will generate the MAWB No. based on the number you maintain in the AWB No. Management right after you confirmed above.
Remark: The number can only be generated by GoFreight once, in case you feel like keeping it for another shipment, you can manually note it down.
Once you start using the MAWB No. based on the number you maintain in the AWB No. Management, the original column will be grayed out to remind you that the serial number you got from the airlines have been activated and is unable to be edited anymore.
