1. How to disable user account

1. Go to the Navigation bar and select “User Management” under “Settings”.

2. Click on the “User ID” you wish to disable.
   
   
   

3. Select “Disable” under “Status”

4. There will be a pop up notice. Click “Sure” and “Save Changes”.

The account is now disabled.
